Time caught up with the old website and in order to update
the security and design some things were lost. One of which was the order
history. In rebuilding the new store, all the products had to be rebuilt and
uploaded, which created new locations for the download files. It wasn’t
possible to link these new location with the old locations or bring over the
order history.
We did however recreate a local working copy of the old
store, before closing it down. We are able to go into your old account and
print off a list of your order history. If you need the download links we can
go through and give you the new links in an email, this process is however very
time consuming for us, and we may not be able to provide all the links as some
products from the old site were not added to the new site.
Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. We needed
to move foreword and it unfortunately caused a few issues.
